Worked with Authority-agencies to develop new guidelines for theme park masterplanning; standards and typical details for construction with non-traditional materials.

Managed the coordination process with Authorities and specialist contractors/QPs; from design stage through to construction and handover.
Attained approvals as scheduled for TOP and early soft opening of the themepark.

Designed to upgrade and maximise the total GFA for commercial retail; and to give tourists and shoppers the 'DFS Singapore' shopping experience.
A&A to upgrade the Ball-room, and Spa-swimming pool facilities in the Hotel.
