• Reconstruction of shopping mall; and A&A to existing hotel building.

• Designed to upgrade and maximise the total GFA for commercial retail; and to give tourists and shoppers the 'DFS Singapore' shopping experience.

• A&A to upgrade the Ball-room, and Spa-swimming pool facilities in the Hotel.
